18 days and counting . . .

Actually seemed to have turned a corner with the smoking thing now. Seemed to have lost my psychotic edge and am back to my old self (mostly). Still occasionally feel like ripping cigarettes out of peoples fingers - but much more fleeting. I even dream as a non-smoker now which is kind of funny.

However, am starting to notice a disturbing new trend. In situations where I get nervous or anxious or just plain paranoid ordinarily I would smoke, now I don't so I end up being stuck with the feeling for about a week instead of 5 minutes. The price of inner health no doubt.
